I'd like to get a gift for someone that did me a big favor.
She's a secular, married, Russian woman with young teenage children.


I was thinking $150-$350, depending on what it is.


I'm at a total loss. 
Jewelry comes to mind, but I can't get anything worthwhile for my price, and I don't know what she'd like.

About jewelry many jewelry stores sell gift cards, you can put on any amount you want and she can buy/add according to her liking

I'm not sure the relationship between you and her, but sometimes they appreciate more when you give something she can enjoy sharing with her kids. Then you would have an easier field for the budget you are looking for.

i.e tickets to theme park,
or hotel with pool
etc..

If you want it to just be for her, maybe buy her a day at the spa with her husband?

Something up that alley? Have you been in her house and know what void you can fill? Or maybe a gift card to a homewares store.

Maybe a set of linen.  Of course I have no idea what size her bed is.  But that sounds like something she'd feel pampered to  have.  Expensive linen isn't a universal thing.
