My 2 cents..Dan and anyone would enjoy a Miami trip a LOT more if they would stay is in an apartment and not a hotel. Much more chilled, which is what a Miami trip is all about.

So $1500.00+$150.00=$1650 total ??

It's a great deal. Anyone who has stayed in these apartments knows that. You get all the hotel perks, but with tons of personal space and it's very luxurious.

I'm not sure about kosher food at the breakfast. You can call them directly and ask what they serve in the owners lounge.

It's a one time deal. I need to make a change in my reservations. That is why I posted specific dates.

The reason I wrote the cleaning seperate, is because there are different options. If I got it right, it works that you must pay either $175 cleaning per stay OR take cleaning every other day. You get a clean apartment & then reserve the cleaning as wanted when you check in. It gets paid at the time of checkout accordingly.You can probaly verify with them directly.   

If these dates work for you (it's a long weekend) you will very much enjoy your stay there & it's a great deal.

Yes I agree I stayed in an owners apartment it was a great expierence everything under one roof
Even had a iMac with free wifi connection.

It's not specifically kosher but most items had a ou or some sort of kosher certification
I also saw many Jewish owners eat there ;-)
