I believe you have to request it. I cancelled and then reached out to customer service and they initiated the refund

A few days after the charge but if I remember correctly it said that u can cancel up to 60 days in.

How can I get the travelbank extended, since it's only good for 9 months, and I don't plan to travel for 12 months?
Do I have to fly within 9 months of the credit posting, or do I simply need to book by then?

Also, can I cancel and convert the flight, into something that lasts longer than 9 months?
