I don't know what you referring too... maybe you wana share with me...  but I have no idea whats going on with my UPS account I keep getting emails with statements that are 0 balance cuz I never use ups to ship anything from my account. But now I received an unexpected statement of $61 and I have no idea for what that is 😏. On the pdf it says weekly service charge of $15.95 and it started billing me from a month ago. So I went into my account and trying to figure out for what I'm being charged . The only thing I see is that there was some added promo on my account back in December 2016 and it shows it expired on 9/2021. I have no idea what that promo was for and I tried searching dansdeals to check if there was any post around that time frame which would give me something for 5 years but nothing found. Can you or someone give me light for what that charges might be ?

a small business promo to give you free smart pickups  meaning that you can request a pickup any day and they will pick it up for free but they will not come without the request
once the promo ran out presumably you were charged .If this is what happened The first thing to do is cancel the weekly pickups to avoid future charges then you should try to get the charges reversed by showing that you have not used the service in a long time
