deli
ton of salads
Kokosh cake and orange juice
assortment of soups
bite-sized chicken, meat and vegetables
Sushi
people won't flinch and they will eat whatever
facon and eggs and/or chicken soup
salmon pockets
coffee with חלב שקדים
chicken stew
pareve/vegetable soup
potato knish, or an assortment of knishes
vegetable quiche
Meat sushi
Taco station with lighter options like salmon and sizzled and chicken and pulled brisket ribs beef etc.
Serve whatever you would have served if it weren't a fast day
Choice of Fleishig and Pareve Cholent.
