Printing Addresses on Invitation Envelopes
« on: September 03, 2021, 04:31:42 PM »
How difficult is it for me print addresses on Invitation envelopes- I have all the addresses in excel and have a simple printer (HP Envy 5660) The Print shop wants to charge me about .50 cents an envelope. Thanks.

Check your print options on excel if your size envelope is there. If it is it's fairly simple.

OK I figured out how to do it with word/mail merge.
Is  there a way to center the address? it currently looks like this.

Mr. and Mrs. Smithenberg
100 Main St
Brooklyn, NY 1111

Would like it to look more like this:

Mr. and Mrs. Smithenberg
          100 Main St
      Brooklyn, NY 1111

Is there a way to format this? perhaps a Youtube video?

Thanks.

If these are textured/thicker envelopes, make sure your printer handles them well.

Check out this webpage from HP https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04337647

I also found a weird youtube video, but I'm not sure how reliable this guy is:
