If you’re buying weekly I’d think any local florist should be happy to acquire you as a customer and deliver for less. Did you try asking at your local shop? Maybe they’re charging you retail because they think they have your businsss locked in.

The street vendors flowers usually aren’t as fresh.

Plenty of places in Flatbush will do a nice small bouquet for $40
