Kyocera E4810 stuck in a cycle of recovery.
« on: September 24, 2024, 07:11:29 PM »
Hello I have a Kyocera E4810 working normally till now. Now after 2 min of being on goes into recovery mode automatically for an unknown reason. No new apps were installed, I closed all recent apps, plenty of storage left so I am hoping someone has a solution.

Can you explain what's happening a bit better?
Did you try powering off...

Do you mean restarting device, if so yes, and it didn't help. LMK what other info you need. It goes into recovery while powered on phone works normally for a couple of minutes than goes to the recovery settings.

Did you try a full reset? Does it have a filter installed?

No, I am hoping there's a better option. It just has the built in device restrictions with the password set by my wife.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! BH IT IS NOW WORKING NORMALLY! I did not do anything besides using webadb to generate bug report and I do not know what happened to the bug report but now it's working. I will repost if anything happens. Thank you.

UNFORTUNATELY I NOW HAVE SAME ISSUE! Yet I was able to take a bug report and a zipped bug report which may help someone figure out the issue. I am trying to attach it.

Should I copy and paste the bug report here? Not sure if it will work, if it does it will be really long

I give you credit for making your own thread for the history of your device, and not a Master thread.
We may have to lock this thread due to hippa concerns.

But in all seriousness it seems like you bricked your phone.

At this point if you get your phone back on take off your contacts and whatever else you need from your phone and get yourself a new phone.
