I guess it changed, was showing 83-85 last time I checked. And 74 for some people is very hot and after a hot plate of soup……

Bh the forecast improved. Praying it gets even cooler.

Anyway, anything warmer than 65 is hot.

10k BTU would be like a drop in the bucket for my Sukkah. I am thinking that I might need 3 of those.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Might make sense to run it from on top - thru the schach (cold air sinks etc) and just let it hang

For your setup, why not just use a window unit? or if the window's not sturdy enough use the window-hose-board-thingy for a portable?

This is what I ended up doing:
There was a discussion about adding an air conditioner to a sukkah somewhere else this year, now that my idea worked,
Post pictures of your Sukkah's to help give ideas to other DDF Members
I'll :
I put a piece of 1 x 2 in the front to prevent it from slipping forward:

And a vertical piece of 2 x 4  for support underneath and one on top (horizontal) to lean on

Then, I made a removable mini-panel for cooler years.
