stacking visa gift cards

i have a few visa gift cards, some 500, 250, 100  etc. i would like to use them for a 1200$ purchase, however they only let u check out with 1 payment method....

does anyone know of a way i can add them to some kind of account (not amazon gift cards) like maybe paypal that i can then just make a purchase for a random amount?

PayPal sometimes let’s you split the purchase.

I’ve never used it so I don’t know how many cards it will let you do it with.
