Sukot program reimbursement

Hi. Good morning. Can somebody advise me I am now on of the Sukot program and itís really a disaster with the food. We ask program director for reimbursement since we pay Premium price and didnít receive  it was advertised. I pay for the program with Amex. Whatís the proper way to deal on that situation. Thank you.

+1 disputing should be last step after everything. while you did have a negative experience a dispute cost the merchant a lot more then the refund you would get from him

Once you make them aware that you are planning a dispute they may refund.

Again, ask your LOR if it is permitted to threaten to dispute them.
