I have used this app before, doesn't have the greatest font or size, so won't really help your issue. But one plus is, that it has automatic scrolling, which is really convenient, I have used it many times.

If anyone has an app, with the same feature, with better fonts and size, I would greatly appreciate it.

Another option can be to use this version on a Kindle. Size is completely customizable, but the Chumash automatically remains bigger than the targum, so you would end up with huge Chumash lettering if you want the targum to be large.

There's a setting there for שנים מקרא which will automatically put the מקרא twice. I turn it on on Fridays for שמו"ת and then turn it off for regular learning (including Chitas).
