Nasty United Gate Agent Israel

Anyone else has had any experiences with this obnoxious gate agent/manager? He seems to enjoy hollering at people (well before scheduled gate closing) On just my flight a few days ago he caused about 6 people to burst out crying (Including my 2 children).

This was on 91, not sure if he works 85 (Or other routes) as well.

This attitude enables such behavior

Btw I've also been the recipient of his acid tongue but not on that level,

I believe it's due to United putting the gate agents under trumendous pressure or incentivising them to make sure the flights leave on time so that people will make their connections.

It's still no excuse for such behavior

IMO gate agents usually work the same flights/gates. I confirmed this with my friend who works at AA but not sure about UA

I don't think that the reason is anything to do with united because IME his yelling and nastiness are directed mainly against frum people including forcing them to check hand luggage even when the flight is'nt full and laughing about in Hebrew איך דפקנו את החרדים האלה

It sounds like sending this to him will just give him nachas.

The only good solution is to write about him to United every time you see him act this way.
