COVID Reinfection After Infection And Vaccine?

I've heard from a lot of people who have gotten COVID after full vaccination or after a previous COVID diagnosis, but are there reports of getting COVID again after having confirmed a COVID diagnosis and a full vaccine?

I know of three people that just got COVID again after having it last year and getting vaccinated.

Supposedly my neighbor tested positive now after having had it and getting vaccinated but I am not sure how confirmed it is that he had it.  There was a tweet posted about people returning to Israel from Uman that showed people recovered and vaccinated who were positive but it was much fewer than any other category.

Leftmost option, high likelihood they got the Pfizer vaccine, wish someone would analyze that 1% for when they were infected/vaccinated.

just confirmed 1 such case, problem is that his positive test was done on someone else's nose, and the vaccine that he officially took was sold on the black market.

And stratified (i.e. those both vaccinated and recovered may be the smallest cohort, thus the 1% figure may be misleading).

MOH data is always confirmed infection - none of the data came from the traveler's themselves
