e-sign solutions

Obviously Docusign is the most well known - is it the best? Looking for something that'll be simpler on our end, but even more importantly, simplest on the side of the person signing.

Planning on using ~100-200 documents a year (relevant for Docusign's limitations).

Would you recommend other solutions instead?

Also, I see that Docusign has a sale right now for 20% off annual subscriptions, what's their standard discount?

I use eversign and DocuSign. I found eversign pretty simple to use with their templates. I found it easier to pre-fill templates over DocuSign. Sending a doc on eversign from mobile is a pain and don’t recommend it.

I use docusign. If you chat with them you will always get 20% off.

I dont like that they charge for every user though.

Before signing up for a subscription, use the trial to create all the templates you need, as once you sign up with an account you will be limited to the features of that account and trial is highest level.

Does the new business platinum Adobe credit work for e-sign subscriptions?

If OP doesn't have a biz plat I imagine a thread for this stuff may pop up in GFST soon...

They also only allow you to send up to 100 "envelopes" per user...

I've been using HelloSign for the past year for several hundred docs and overall been happy.
