CA holds more power than any swing state. The same people that are saying every vote counts will say CA doesn't matter because it always goes one way.

I heard this my whole life for almost every election in our state/city. This minority voting block or that minority block put so in so in office. The fact of the matter is without large majority voting blocks the minority voting blocks are meaningless.

This is exactly what is going on here.
You missed the point. CA holds more power, but no amount of influence or campaigning will change the outcome. So it's not reliant on them whether the election goes one way or another.
Swing states are called swing states for a reason. They dictate the results.

Got it. So your post stems from a lack of knowledge.

I think you should educate yourself before posting "facts".
You should try reading comprehension 101.
I was questioning if @Yehuda57 post was sarcasm. We all know that has never happened before.

They call them what they want. Every state dictates the results no matter what you call them.

CA holds more power than any swing state.
Yet the candidates all spend the entire election pandering to a handful of much smaller states.

Biden won NJ by around 800k votes. Using the same logic that is being used here you can say Lakewood or many other communities votes were worthless because they didn't change the outcome. That is false. Every vote counts.

If I recall that didn't happen in 2016.  :)

Look we all understand small voting blocks have to come up with ways to make themselves seem more relevant than they really are.

Didn't take more than a few hours to " recommend" vaccinating the children.  "But the Vaad said there wont be mandates!!!"  Yeah Right! >:(

My projection: When the final numbers are in, Murphy will have won by a margin LARGER than the Vaad controls. Let all the Jewish media outlets pump out articles now about how the Vaad handed Murphy the election, but I really think the numbers are going to swell to more than a 30,000 vote margin, maybe even double that.

Facts don't care about your attacks.  :P

Let me try so a 4th grader can understand. In Squid game there was a vote of 400+. After 400+ votes it was tied and came down to the last person. Some would claim he had all the power which is false. It only seemed that way because of the order of the vote they showed. Every 200+ votes had the same exact power as the last vote shown. You either believe every vote counts or you don't.

That is true. But.... Let's add another dynamic to the picture. What happens if 350 of the voters will always vote for the same side? Which of the votes would you try getting? The ones who would vote for you anyways? Or the ones who may swing either way and put you over the top?

You want to secure your base then go after the rest.
You should never take votes for granted or you will lose elections. We have already seen that happen.

Or to put it this way: What Wasserman was showing was that the Vaad *flipped* votes that were going to go R to D. Now YitzyS is saying then when all is said and done, those flipped votes will be fewer than the margin of victory, which time will tell, but your argument doesn't account for flipped votes, only the number of votes.

They don't always make an endorsement. IINM, they didn't give an endorsement in 2016, but they backed Trump in 2020, because of his support of Israel and his pardoning of Rubashkin.
