Looking to do two 3bms?

Is there anything to be concerned about doing two 3bms.  i would have 1 Chase and 1 AMEX per browser (2 seperate tabs)
Here is what I am looking to sign up for.  I basically want to cash in on points.  If I can't downgrade AMEX Plat and Gold down to low fee/fee free card or get retention bonus, I would cancel them at end of year.

AFAIK Applying for a business card will cause  a 2nd pull.

I don't think u understand how a 3bm works.
1) You need to apply for 3 cards from the same bank at the time
2) If u plan on doing a 3bm with more than one bank/FI, its best to do it on the same day as the other 3bm. The reason for that is bec it takes some time for the inquiry from the first 3bm to show up on your report.  So if u do it the same day the 2nd bank won't see the inquiry from the first bank.

Yes - on the same day or so, as explained above.

The Hyatt and CO/UA that were both suggested above are personal cards, so together with Sapphire would be a nice trio and still hopefully only one credit report pull.

Why is business a saprate pull isn't a Ssn # needed it should be considered like a reg personal card . No?

Just did 2 3bm at one shot, chase ink, southwest biz, CO all got pending and citi AA, Premier, Preferred and also pending

if i  recently got the chase southwest personal and got the 50k points, can i  now apply for the chase southwest business and still get the 50k points?

or it is limited to one  bonus points on SW card?

YMMV, people have done it successfully and people have gotten shot down (or been told it won't work).

If you're approved for the card, you'll likely get the 50k.

i haven't yet applied for the SW business card. so you are saying some have gotten and some haven't gotten the sw business bonus?

AFAIK the people who get approved for the card get the bonus.
