I don't know about other states, but it doesn't ship to New Jersey, because under New Jersey state law, manufacturing, transporting or possessing a slingshot without "an explainable, lawful purpose" is a fourth degree crime which is punishable by up to 18 months in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
