A year ago I was able to hire at $20/hr starting pay.  I might consider myself lucky if I can hire now at $25/hr for starting pay.

And when those are regular employees, along go the payroll taxes, unemployment insurance (skyrocketed due to special assessment) etc. And the cost of cleaning ladies has skyrocketed, if you can even get one.

Employees getting paid more but they have the same buying power. That means they are paying more in taxes while ending up with the same buying power. No one gains from this.

That is not always the case. Company's can pay employees more from their profits and not by raising prices.
One of the things the last admin got right was our trade deficit. That is killing our country.
