brand new condition. bought less than 2 months ago and used a handful of times before my 2 year old decided he needs to walk everywhere. used rain cover once. stroller retails for $400 and rain cover is $50 not including tax! only used stroller with stroller liners so the seats were never even sat on! open to reasonable offers
