Anyone with DP on reinstating expired Qantas points.

I have points that expired and wondering on how I go about getting them reinstated if that’s even possible. If anyone can help with the best way to go about this it would be greatly appreciated.

How long ago did they expire?
Don’t know exactly I just logged into the account and they were gone.

Try emailing  frequent_flyer@qantas.com.au.

They should reply with an offer "as a one-off gesture of goodwill, we would like to give you the opportunity to earn your Qantas Points back, and have registered you for our Active Points Program.
•   The Active Points Program requires you to earn at least 2,500 Qantas Points within six months from the date of this email; and
•   Earn the 2,500 Qantas Points from at least two different sources.
•   Please visit qantas.com/earningpoints for ways to earn Qantas Points. Family Transfers and transfers from Qantas Business Rewards do not qualify as eligible sources.
After earning 2,500 Qantas Points from two sources within the six month period mentioned above, your expired Qantas Points will be credited back to your account within ten business days. "

I am not sure if transfers from Amex or Capital One count!
