Key Bank Deal

Does anyone know where I can pay a bill of $1 to? Can I just make up any company and they will send the, a check- is that how billpay works?

Also, does anyone know what "automated payments each of $100 or more" is. It says:
"Automated payments exclude Key Bill Pay, debit card automated payments, PayPal® transactions, and account-to-account balance transfers"

Can I do an ETF to my brokerage account or something like that?

How about I give you my credit card account and you can pay my bills off for me ;). But really, do you not have any cable TV, landline phone, internet, cell phone, credit card, or other monthly bill? If not, just find a friend and offer to pay $2 towards their credit card.

I have another question-- I am not from any of the eligible states. But $275 is a lot of money. Can I sign up online and use an address in one of the eligible states? Say, a PO Box (or private PO Box such as a mailbox etc.) from another state, then switch statements to ONLINE only so nothing ever gets delivered?

 Or do I have to sign up in person? And if I sign up in person in one of the branches (say, I drive to florida which is only about 2 hours from me) will they care if I have a georgia address?

Well I called and asked for it and was told it would be free.
Got a $30 charge on my statement today.
Called them up and they reversed the fee.
