This is the most generic thread of outlook questions I could find.
Is there any sort of rules or criteria I can set to require certain data to be entered before sending an email?
Use case: before someone emails me about a certain work related issue, they need to maybe choose from a drop down embedded list in outlook of one of several topics, or similar. Just like there are required fields to fill out when booking a flight or signing up for a credit card (some of things we do often around here
) I want a similar sort of requirement to be met before they can send the email.
Is this at all possible?
