Has anyone else had their default reward option changed to the "promo APR"? I got my statement and noticed no new rewards and I noticed that my purchases were being financed. So I called them up and they told me I had this "promo APR" and unless I opted out I wouldn't earn rewards. I told them I never opted in, the rep said it's by default unless I choose otherwise at the time of purchase. The rep said she'll reverse it and retroactively give me the rewards ( which I'll have to wait up to one billing cycle to see if that actually happens). Has this happened to anyone else? Did anyone get a notice stating a default payment option change?
