Based on the context maybe I’d translate it as “constructive criticism”, but I think that would be a loose translation.

I imagine the intention of that line is to say that a great person knows how to accept constructive criticism without getting upset or offended.

Toichocho = The chapter in the Torah where the punishments of the Jewish nation are described when they do not heed to and follow G-d's commandments. We just read it in the scroll this past shabbos, that's why it was posted.

The simple context in what that line was said was after WW2, after what the Jewish nation went through and suffered immensely. The point was about the greatness of a Jew that even after going through such harsh treatment he still does not lose his faith or question G-d.
