Best, Easy, Cheapest, place to port in and out a phone number.

Long story short, I need to port a phone number in from AT&T Prepaid and out to AT&T Postpaid on the same day. I know some people might tell me Google Voice, but that will take a bit of time and a bit complicated to port out. I need a place which doesn't cost a lot of money and gives me access to an account number and pin right away so I can port out the same day. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks!

US mobile ships free Sim cards out, you can port in with the cheapest plan, about 5$ and then port out after chatting with a rep (usually quick response but a bunch of "security" questions) and they email you the account number and PIN.
