Any thoughts on RAT risk? One family member got the email, of four other Hilton cards in the family none got the email - but one of them has the option to enroll through the registration link. Concerned that this could lead to a shutdown, but on the other hand the fact that it's possible to enroll when the other cards in the family aren't able to makes me think it might be safe.

One of these "you weren't targeted for this promotion you took advantage of, we're shutting you down" situations. Able to enroll when others can't seems to indicate that this person is actually considered targeted. But then again, RAT isn't so reasonable and doesn't give you the opportunity to make your case...
