I respect your view, but if you want it to be an educated one (not that it would be different) I'd suggest looking at actual footage. MSM on both sides are working very hard to pick and choose what fits them best and after watching (still am) most of todays trial, I can see how easy it is to spin things in ways they seem irrefutable.
Is there any good footage of the actual shooting? Link would be appreciated because the footage I seen does not help.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

The amount of times a person is shot is extremely relevant. What if he emptied the whole clip in him. You still going to buy it was self-defense?

I Chicago cop was convicted mainly because of the amount of shots.
First, a cop and civilian SHOULD be held to different standards. Cop should definitely have more training, and therefore be held to different standards. Your telling me that a cop shot someone 3 times, shooting was ruled justified, but since he ahot him 3 times, he was charged? Color me extremely skeptical. Obviously the amount of times a person is shot isn’t totally irrelevant, however 3 shots is irrelevant, as that in virtually any instance wouldn’t be considered excessive.

Let me try and find a link. I saw a few that had multiple angles synced up.

I need to correct something. He really wasn't shot in the head. Meaning one shot grazed his head.
There is one shot in the back. Was this explained?

I said the amount of times shot matters. I never said how many that would be as every situation is different.
If you are skeptical Google Laquan McDonald.  ;)

If I'm understanding correctly, yes it was. The determination from my understanding, was that the individual was moving in a forward downward motion towards Rittenhouse, and was fired upon. As he fell forwards, one of the shots entered the back of his head or in that area.

I agree with you, but to be fair, there are plenty of instances where officers empty their mag and it is 100% by the books.

Do you know of one instance where they emptied their clips in an unarmed person and it was 100% by the books?

This is the first shooting
Where did 4 shots happen?
Maybe some of you can tell what happened, I can't.
Did he ever grab the barrel?
Did he fall forward before or after being shot?

While uncommon, I'm sure it's happened, but I was not aware you were specifically referring to unarmed.

Nobody knows that, there is no up close video. This is why I keep telling people to listen to the witnesses.

Unless you consider the bag a weapon I think we both agree he was unarmed.

You are the go to person for that. I seen reports the 4 shots were less than a second. Is that what witnesses said?

Was this AR modified? AFAIK you can't get off 4 shots in less than a second.

Unless you consider the bag a weapon I think we both agree he was unarmed.
Firstly, my previous comment was about emptying a mag, he fired 4 round, not the same, but I hear your point. Second,  I don't want to state is as fact because I don't remember, but I think someone mentioned him having a fire extinguisher on him. Additionally, one of the witnesses today, testified to this individual throwing a bootleg chemical bomb at her while she was with Kyle. I do not know if he would be considered armed legally, but that doesn't mean he was/wasn't a threat.

You are the go to person for that. I seen reports the 4 shots were less than a second. Is that what witnesses said?
I believe one of the witnesses today mentioned the time frame. I'm trying to find some video, but most of it has been clipped to fit a narrative ::)

I was wondering the same. Haven't heard any discussion about it.
