Ok he just did a complete 180 with his emotions. I am not buying it. Before you jump all over me this what jury members have to look at. They will all come to different conclusions.
They left off with him describing how he was cornered, and came back veering away from that a bit. Still a bit peculiar, but not putting too much stock in it. Jury can also give a bad verdict. I should hope they don't use emotion as an indication of innocence or guilt.
The emotions/demeanor among other things you are allowed to look at when deciding in you believe the testimony. If I as a juror decide the emotions were staged I am allowed to use that in if I believe his testimony.
Any insight why the judge just called a break?
it's good to be a Lubavitcher
Prosecutor: "Isn't it true that some people playing the video games use it to try to kill everyone else?"KR: (with a look of 'wow, that's ridiculous' on his face) "Uh, yeah, but it's video game. It's not real life."
ETA: judge just said that the prosecutor possibly went over the line, and he better stop
AP dead or Obi dead?
His video game angle crashed and burned.
Now what?
We just found out Kyle is not this good guy. He wants to kill others with his AR15 but the judge don't want it to come out.
