This video is already summited to evidence, they are requesting to zoom in, which the defense is arguing will enhance the image.

I understand that. I'm saying if the zoomed-in the image shows the gun to be pointing in an incriminating way, they would have shown that to the jury while they were making their case, and not risk saving it for KR cross when there is a strong likelihood that doesn't even happen.

Yes but this a trail. The question was straight forward and he refused to answer it. Not a good look.
Overall he was doing fine up to that point.

I believe he stated that 2 of the individuals either did or tried to, and the 3rd had a gun pointed at him. My point was that in every case, he seemed to feel he was at a legitimate risk of being killed or badly injured, and consistently seems to have withheld his fire until he felt he had no choice. Doesn't seem like panic to me, even if he was in the wrong.

Video doesn't show it. He made a lot of statements that night that are not true.
I don't see you jumping on him for being a liar like you did with others.
