Reports are that 2 jurors are holding up the verdict. They Cited backlash as their concern. They're scared their names will be leaked.

I'm going to assume it's not confirmed as no official source would say it, but I heard it "per US Marshal in Kenosha"

I don't see how it is possible for anyone to know this, unless they sent out a note to the judge.

Seems like it comes from Jack Posobiec on Twitter...

And even then, how would the contents of that note be known

Aren't the notes read publicly (or at least to the lawyers)?

Everyone would know if lawyers were called in

Could be bogus, but definitely makes sense. Regardless of outcome, it will not be pretty, and I sure as hell would not want to be in the middle of it, especially after a week+ of underpaid time off work.

The Judge is going to call on the jurors to decide if they will keep going, or stop for the night and pick up tomorrow. My money is on nothing tonight.

I'm not doubting that it could be happening, I'm doubting that anyone would have a way to know that this is what is happening.

As "secure" as things are, someone is always watching with hawk eyes and listening intently to break some fresh news. It's possible they reported that to the officer with them, and when he repeated it to the judge/whoever, someone heard. We've seen close ups of peoples notes in the news, hot mics, etc etc. Nothing is impossible, the world has eyes and ears these days

So bring in the alts. This wasn't part of the original questionnaire?

I don't believe Jack Posobiec (are there even US marshals in a state court? I have no idea), but jury members could change their minds once they see protests and the national guard deployed when they are coming and going to the courtroom.

As for the lunging, the defense's version of him being shot lunging based on the bullet's path makes more sense to me, or at the very least, reasonable doubt.
Did you listen or read the the forensic DR testimony. There is no doubt at all what happened according to his expert testimony.
1st shot - when R was it the upright position (not diving) his pelvis was shattered. He was still going forward and falling after the shot.
2nd shot - went through his hand. Could not say if he grabbed the gun.
3rd & 4th shot - were to the back. Could not say if the 3rd or 4th shot was the killed shot.

It what world does the defense version make more sense or leaves reasonable doubt. There version is a million to ZERO!!!
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

"Yes he had forward momentum."

Having forward momentum supports the defenses Lunging theory. I was responding to your response to his comment about why the defense makes sense.

It was after what he called 0 shot which was the first shot. There was no lunging for the gun or grabbing the barrel when he was shot the first time.

His pelvis was shattered. Of course he is going to go down from that. That is why the threat was over at that point.
