I'm too vested in this thread to click the 'ignore' button, but I'm just being moser modaah (CV: "proclaiming publicly) that I'm tempted to.
Meh this thread was over once the verdict came in. No sense in reading it anymore.

I wanted to hear S209's thoughts throughout the trial, but he barely popped in to comment. Now that the trial is over, he's on this non-stop. It must be that he was a juror at the trail, so he couldn't comment, but he was chosen as an alternate, because with his views here, there is no way he would've found him not-guilty.

Like I've said all along, in the moment it was self defense.

You are quoting me saying that I had an issue with jurors being racially biased. That the jurors attend a blm riot with blm written on their tshirt
I’m sure you have your reasons for claiming justice wasn’t served when you disagreed with the verdict just as those who say so now have their reasons.

If I can't opine on guns if I'm not an expert, then please remember that next time some dude without a high school diploma or any sort of mathematical education opines on economic policy or tax law. Or better yet, if you aren't an expert on Wisconsin criminal law, please don't opine on whether KR had the right to use deadly force for self defense or whether a 17 year old open carrying an AR15 is considered an unlawful provocation or not.

Lol are you testing my gun knowledge? As I said I know nothing about guns (BH). I've voted Trump second term but I haven't become a redneck, Kyle is not my hero and Faucci is not my devil. I didn't buy the whole package.
Had an argument with someone who called him a hero. He automatically assumed that I thought he was guilty, which I did not.
Ludicrous that nuance has left the building. Seems like there's no room for moderate opinions.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

He panicked = guilty
Should not have been there = guilty
Should not have fired 4 shots = guilty
Should have kept running = guilty
and the list goes on.

Don't want to rehash, but most of those are not legally true.

It's more than a bit gross how much he's being hailed

Protesters should wear "Don't Kyle my Kenosha" t shirts

I have a long time policy that's served me well: don't discuss national news in shul (or anywhere, really). It only leads to heated, useless discussions on par with Lebron vs Jordan debates.

Ah, misunderstood. We've probably agreed much more than we thought throughout this thread, but were talking past each other based on different starting points.

Terrible analogy as there is no comparison.  :)

Actually we probably agree on everything except the 3rd/4th shots.
