Actually we probably agree on everything except the 3rd/4th shots.
So if we served on the jury together, I'd get you VR goggles and have you face a Chapman fast ball

I would try and get you to understand that every time you pull that trigger you should be aware of what is going to happen. Either way it would be 100% civil.

If I can't opine on guns if I'm not an expert,

No one said you need to be an expert, just dont say fake news. Saying that KR had a machine gun is fake news.

Dude, chill. He made a mistake about the type of gun. Completely irrelevant to the point he was making.

Perhaps something is way off with your ability to coherently express your point, because apparently I’m not the only one with difficulty understanding your point scattered into 10 posts.

My entire point is made in this post right here.

As I had mentioned, I found it difficult to say that he was legally guilty of murder beyond a reasonable doubt. Even so, the kid is not a hero by any stretch of the imagination. Quite to the contrary. The kid is an absolute piece of trash and his own actions are what led him into this. I am sure the last few months with a life sentence over his head were quite difficult, to say the least, but he fully deserved it and much worse. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I wish there was a way to penalize him to at least ensure the punk never gets his hand on a gun again to play these silly games. Unfortunately, there are plenty who will now place him on a pedestal.

Please let me know where you saw me leading you to believe that
That gun laws should change in the US, and that he deserves as much punishment as someone that got killed.
This way I will be able to improve my writing skills.

He would have had some training at the very least not just as a punk feeling tough.

That's a non answer and an ad hominem attack.

Hahahhhahaahahhaahhahhaa

Keyboard broke? They should have some pretty decent models on sale over Black Friday weekend. Or were you trying to say something? 🤔

No it is not. It very clearly explains the difference between him and a security guard and is entirely about the actions in this incident. You just don't want to hear.

I guess you missed this question.
So an AR15 is not a killing machine compared to a pistol?

You said he felt tough, and utilized a useless pejorative. Whether or not it is accurate is completely and utterly immaterial. The statement was positing that, contrary to your assertion, the act of going into a unstable area to protect property is not inherently foolish, and in no way renders one in any way responsible of the situation blows up. Did you not respond by casting an irrelevant aspersion on his motives, and insinuating that wanting to be a hero is a wrongful motivation and renders one liable for a non ideal outcome, while a hired individual intent on personal financial gain would be totally rightful in his conduct and being on the scene? That doesn't sound good.

Umm, liable? How many times do I need to say that I agree with the verdict for people to actually believe me? He can be a bad person and still not deserve prison. which part of

Are you being intentionally asinine?

How about that the maturity expected before someone matches down the street with a loaded assault rifle should be at least the same as buying a beer? Not even talking about ownership or possession, just open carry.

I find it cute that you got your feathers rustled and resorting to ad hominem attacks. How about replying to my argument instead of pretending you were saying something else that I should’ve been addressing.

As a reminder, what I replied to -

You realize that he is not a local.

I hope you really don't believe this. Would you or any other member let their 17-year-old go into this situation the way KR did?

I absolutely ran out of ways to defend the opinions ascribed to me by people who don't bother trying to figure out what my opinion actually is.

Sure it is. Especially if you’re 17 going in with an AR15. That you refuse to acknowledge such an obvious fact is hilarious.

Can i say something rude? For someone saying that this kid was too young to be involved in something above his maturity paygrade, you're acting a wee bit infantile here.
I don’t think he is at all.
