Don't you think it's a bit much to expect from someone, especially a 17 y/o?
...and extremely poor judgement. Going on TC is just a continuation of that poor judgement.

In many jurisdictions he can still face civil charges with a lower burden of proof

As can those who attacked him (or their estate) who would be the ones that would be suing him. Given that a jury just determined that he acted in self defense, I kind of like his chances on a counter suit (even with the different burden of proof).

He's also laying the groundwork for defamation, he was clearly coached about the wording he chose for Biden. This case ain't going away for a while.

The jury did not find that it was self defense but rather that it was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was not self defense

I’m not saying it’s impossible but it’s quite a stretch to make the leap from “not sufficient evidence to convict for homicide” to “clearly acting in self defense”

Seems like a poor case to make for defamation. Maybe he can make a case that he is not a WH but his hanging with them and using their symbolism makes it difficult to call it defamation.

For an 18 year old, this kid is remarkably articulate, and a good interviewer.

Kyle is great to listen to, and he changed my perspective of him a bit. However, Tucker is a remarkably bad interviewer, did he ask a single tough or interesting question? The whole thing was a love fest.

TC has one agenda and doesn't care about anything else. This guy has gone off the deep end and FOX can't do anything about it.

That must be by design. Fox clearly bought the story, they were embedded in the defense to create a show about it, and that must have included rights to the post-verdict interviews on condition they'd be friendly.

It depends what you mean by that.
If you mean physically getting out of the house then I would agree with you.

I think you're calling him racist is a bit much, but if you feel that way, I'd expect you could back it up. I look at him no differently than others on the right and left who are pushing narratives. Some are more extreme, some less.

He has so many racists stories it is ridicules. He hides behind he is just having a debate about them.

It would be like having a debate about Jews only caring about themselves.
Then a debate about what they are doing to the Palestine's is genocide.
Then a debate about how they control the news media.
You get the picture.  ;)

I don't believe having those debates would be of any issue if there were stats or facts to back them. Unless you bring an example, I cannot say for certain. My feeling towards...not sure the best description, but I'll say "hard right/left individuals in general is this, the harder you lean, typically, the more emotion you invest in your views, and the less they become about fact and more about emotion. I tend to veer away from more extreme individuals in general, even when they propagate my views.

The latest uproar is the "false flag" he is trying to peddle with his Jan 6 so called documentary.
He has been called out by many at FOX for it and some have resigned over it.

Link? Like I said, I'm not part of his fan club, haven't seen this.

ETA: Did some reading. May be off base, but I don't even see race mentioned anywhere. Guy may very well be a lunatic, but doesn't imply racist...
