No interest/no foreign transaction fees

I am looking to get a new credit card and struggling to find one that offers no interest as well as no foreign transaction fees. Rewards would be a nice bonus but not required. Any ideas?

Discover Card?

Their cards have no annual fee, no foreign fee. And interest free for first 24 months I believe.
