Applied and was approved for the vx card a bit before the deadline. Tried to use it now for the first time and was declined. In the app it showed account restricted. Called in and was sent to the fraud and dispute center who sent me an email where I can upload 3 months of bank statements to resolve my "case". Um wut? Anyone with a similar experience?

I just had the same experience. They need bank account associated with the account, and a doc with the full account #.
I sent them just the first page for each statement as well as a the first page for a secondary account as well.

I opened the venture x , put a few large purchases on it , and they restricted the card.(seemingly because of the large purchases) I sent in the verification they requested and they claim the dob i put in when i applied was incorrect and they can't do anything to fix the acct And it will remain restricted forever.
Has anyone else heard of such a thing?
Does anyone have any ideas of his i can resolve this?

I haven't read this whole thread but the rep on the phone just told me that they don't give out PP membership, I should just swipe my venture X credit card and I won't be billed. Is that true?

Hi how are you just wondering if I add a AU on my Venture X and then he gets priority pass can I remove him later and add someone else to get priority pass or you only get to add 4 Au for life and can't ever change ?
