If I book ElAl flights through the Cap1 travel portal, will I still have the ability to cancel and receive a voucher for the full price, as if I booked it directly through ElAl?

Has anyone had issues with getting credit for Capital One Offers ? I clicked on the link and made a purchase and still haven't received the rebate/credit. No clue who I should contact to request/dispute. Any help would be great.

I have only had issues and never received the credit. I did it a couple of times and when I called Cap1 asking why I didnt receive my credits they asked if I received an email within a day of the purchase saying the offer was activated. I never received such an email and they told me that means I didnt use the link. After huca a couple times I got no where and it wasnt worth the couple bucks back I was going to receive to continue the fight.
