Not confusing. Applied for both cards same day, same link..Both received the 300, only one received the 200 on same hotel booked from both accounts

I just realized the picture. First of all, it seems to be totally random what triggered it and what didn’t, second, if it’s after first card year it should not have triggered at all according to terms so you’re lucky and just run with what you got.

This I did not expect I got my second $300 travel credit posted 3/20/23 even though I had already closed my account back in late Feb 2023 or early March 2023!

Having trouble finding fully refundable flights on the app- am I missing something ?

did anyone have luck getting any retaining promo or even letting you transfer credit to a dif card? I would like to cancel dont wanna pay this years fee but they told me theres no option of downgrading but dont wanna cancel a 10k line of credit dont think it would be good for my score.
