I requested Hertz Presidential status through capital one a couple weeks ago but I see now it only gave me 5 star status. not presidential even though I now see my Venture X membership on Hertz

Mine is still showing gold status. requested it a week ago

No card covers liability AFAIK

This does if you have another non-U.S. residence at your disposal, basically best CC insurance out there (also 4 hour flight delay coverage and not the usual 6 or 12).

It was mentioned this card comes with Priority Pass with spa and restaurant/bar benefits?  I searched Priority Pass website forEWR and PHL but did not see any options for restaurants credits where can I find the restaurant bar benefit?

Not all airports offer restaurants that are part of the priority pass portfolio. If something IS available then it will show up on the Priority Pass website that you’ve been searching. For example, here’s the page for Denver airport, and you can see that they clearly list Sweetwater restaurant: https://www.prioritypass.com/en/lounges/usa/denver-co-international

I was told you can't reapply for 3 months

meaning to say if I applied last week and got denied.. probably because of 0% overall credit usage, then even I will get this month  to 3% usage, I can't reapply for 3 months?
