I made a reservation for a hotel and got the 300 credit but ended up cancelling its been a few weeks already and the credit isn’t reclawed. Should I make a new reservation assuming it’s gonna be? Or leave as is? Anniversary is beginning of March..

I never had anything clawed back from CAP1 but you never know

At this point there is no difference between venture x priority pass and others, correct?

Have a weird issue, not sure if anyone can help. I booked a hotel via Capital One Trave- they charged my card for the full amount when I booked. I stayed at the hotel, made some charges and I figured they would just charge me the difference. Instead, I looked today and saw they charged me almost the full amount minus a depsosit they said I gave. Essentially I have a $3,000 charge (Cap One Travel) and another charge directly from the hotel for almost $2400 (this should be closer to $500- the amount I charged when I was at the hotel). Capital one travel is not being helpful. NOt sure what I Should do...

Did you contact the bank. If you contacted both of them and nobody wants to help just dispute it.

It is a weird situation because Capital One Venture Travel was the one that screwed up. FYI, I would not recommend capital one travel booking. This is a disaster.

Is $300 travel credit and 10K points ($100) and Priority pass etc not worth the fee?

So, um... actually might have come out in good shape on this. I see 2 transactions for $200 credit. I made an airbnb charge in July that I've been waiting on (and calling for), but I also just made a VRBO charge last week. Seems like the latter triggered the automatic credit right around the same time as they put in a manual credit for the earlier charge. I guess we'll see what happens, but for not I have the credit x2. Only thing I'm still waiting for is another $200+ for the travel credit from air tix I bought through the portal.

So you're stealing all the credits? Anniversary coming up and I'm thinking of getting rid of the card but the airbnb credits did not post- anyone have success with CS? Charges are between 3-2 weeks ago
