Cancun/Quintana Roo is just uncomfortable from a safety perspective.

I never felt unsafe when I went... Never left the resort except to walk to ember/chabad and took a taxi to/from airport to resort

I don't know. There was a post on DDMS and it listed a Hyatt with full kitchen in Hawaii but I can't find it now.
