I guess everyone's cholent is different, some require low heat steady. I do mine high heat for 2 hours, then slow cooking overnight.

Would you say this is better than a hot plate? Like more even heat? And if I'm correct you can add Challahs on Shabbat.

110v outlet. It was in an RV.

Reason I was asking was because I noticed that the Hot Logic is warmer when it's plugged into 220v, but I only have one DP, and did not measure it, so not sure how reliable my observation is yet.

Another successful cholent using the hotlogic.
Made in 9x13, covered tightly with 2 sheets of foil and plugged in right before shabbos. Was delicious!
Total cooking time approx 20 hours.
ETA, this was on 110v grid power, not in an RV.

You may be on to something. I noticed that the hotlogic did not get as hot while plugged into the 110v outlet in our RV. Our devices also didn’t charge as fast as they normally do which makes me think there was some voltage sag in the RV.
