Not sure you're right about not being able to cook or make a cholent.
I guess everyone's cholent is different, some require low heat steady. I do mine high heat for 2 hours, then slow cooking overnight.

one piece. I cooked it in a 9x13. Plugged into right before shabbos and was ready for lunch.
We put two meal mart shelf stable cholent meals in before Shabbos and it was nice and hot for Shabbos lunch.
Plugged into a 220 or 110 outlet?
110v outlet. It was in an RV.
Reason I was asking was because I noticed that the Hot Logic is warmer when it's plugged into 220v, but I only have one DP, and did not measure it, so not sure how reliable my observation is yet.
