Which Israeli hotels (if any) allow check out after shabbos is over without paying for Motzei Shabbos, especially in the summer when shabbos ends so late? What about if I'm only booking for 1 night (Friday night)? Any experience with particular hotels?  Thanks.
AFAIK most hotels allow check out moitse shabbos and most hotels will make you pay a few bucks more for Friday night

Any recommendations for a nice hotel in dead sea, next to masada/ein gedi? Anything that can be booked with points would also be appreciated.

Last time I looked into it I think Herods was the nicest. crowne plaza could be booked with points but not necessarily worth it.

Hope I'm not getting off topic, but would booking with UR give you status in any hotel? (I've booked twice with UR in Hilton Vienna, and in Sheraton Grand Krakow and they didn't honor. They said it has to be booked with them in order to receive the benefits).

CP is probably the most convenient location
PP is in middle of town/geula and will be a lot of traffic getting anywhere.
HY is in middle of nowhere.

I think Crown Plaza is the only hotel by the dead sea bookable with points, it is usually hard to find vacancy when booking with points because of the demand, no other point options.

prima park is basically a recently updated 3 star (think less funky aloft or four points) next to Jerusalem Gardens hotel (formerly knesset towers)/ramada, right by center 1 and the tachana merkazit.

You may want to consider the Sephardic house hotel. It’s in the old city which is where you want to be & they were having a promo last week $130 for any weeknight - I think it’s still going on.
