Meals are one flight down from lobby. It may be possible to walk out of hotel and around to come in to the dining room at ground level at the back of the hotel (there are doors there, just never seen them open).
The rooms the renovated from lower floors up I believe. Not sure what they are up to now haven't been there in awhile. Food is delicious but not your classic askenazic fare, more safaridi.

thanks so much, so you mean all the floors were renovated, or could i get stuck with an old one? and how are you nogeah?

I dont know where they are at in renovations. Its owned by a relative of mine.

cool! it would be great if u could suggest to them to do more social media etc, would be good to see the kind of food they serve/announce they are done with renovations or be clear about which rooms are or are not renovated.

Can anyone here provide current prices for yom tov or shabbos meals in Jlem hotels (plaza/waldorf/david citadel or any others)?
Also Citadel says the Veranda restaurant is mehuderet, does anyone have more info on whether the meals there would also be mehuderet?

Did the crowns plaza in Eilat and the Dead Sea change names like the one in Jerusalem and no longer bookable with ihg points?
Are the only ihg hotels bookable by points that are left are the ones in Tel Aviv?

Yes it happened about 6 months ago. They were taken over by Vert.
