Has anyone stayed at Mamilla Hotel recently in the studio suite?  Chase reserve points offers Edit benefits for this property ( breakfast, room upgrade, early /late checkin/out).   I am trying to decide between Mamilla hotel or Herbert Samuel stay for 3 weekday nights at end of august for pretty much the same points? Do the benefits actually occur?   I appreciate any input.  Have not stayed in either.

As disscussed here (and the WA thread) prevously, depends on what you call "mehadrin".
The  top level hechsherim are more or less Litov, Haneviim Buotique and Yirmiyahu 33. (All Eida, I think.)
Prima Palace is Aguda, last i checked (2nd level hechsher)
Unless I missed something, all the others that some people call "Mehadrin" are some level of Rabbanut, with some level of understanding by some people that the mashgiach is good and the level of kashrus is "Mehadrin". Some people will eat in all of these, some in none, and some in some. becuase of this, is quite hard to have a list of "Mehadrin" hotels.

It's hard to find a place as it's reserved for the Jews from the north. Even appartments.

Just spent a couple of nights at the 21st floor hotel.

Location is 9/10
Located at the top of Ben Yehuda and near Machnei Yehuda (about 10 minute walk to Machnei and 3 minutes to Ben Yehuda). Multiple bus lines.

View 10/10
You can literally see the entire Har Habayis from your window, see the whole Har Hazeiseim unobstructed.

Food 10/10
You get a voucher to eat at either Sams Bagels, Rimon Cafe or Napolatino (Something like that). Full breakfast paid for.

Rooms 8/10
Each room has a different theme, the basic family rooms have 2 floors with the 2 bedroooms upstairs and living/dining room/Kitchen downstairs. Rooms are definitely on the more wear and tear side but definitely not enough of a negative.

They have daily room service, they have a front desk as well. Probably 7-8 rooms. I would call it a boutique hotel.
