I am going to Israel this week for 7 days, im looking for a Nice 5 star hotel, money is not a issue, any recommendations?

You could stay at my place close to Jerusalem for less than the cost of the King David  :)

FYI, the King David is supposed to be the nicest hotel in Jerusalem, and it's in a very good location.

I never said it would be cheap by me. But I'll charge a few $$ less.

Did you see they add on an extra cleaning fee? Also 10 minimum

There's no 10 minimum! They just give you a 10% discount for 10 day stay.

Does anyone have experience with these Atlas hotels in Jerusalem? They're very highly rated on TripAdvisor.

Harmony hotel

Arthur Hotel

I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

I actually passed by the Arthur Hotel last time I was in Israel. It looks like a tiny hole in the wall place on Ben Yehuda, but didn't go inside.
I believe the Harmony hotel is more of a boutique hotel between rechov hillel and yaffo.
If you had to choose between the two I would probably go with Harmony, but can't recommend either.

Thanks. I'm trying to find something south of $200 a night that is actually clean. Last time I was in Israel I found that the hotel cleaning staff in several hotels left much to be desired.

Anybody stayed at the Grand Court in Jerusalem? how did you like it?

It's right near the line between East Jerusalem. We walked to the Kotel on Friday night via Damascus Gate in 25 minutes. They have a mehadrin large breakfast spread that is decent.

However, their cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The beds are (like many in Jerusalem) two twins, and not very comfortable. The shower has this weird half door which inevitably results in the whole bathroom getting wet every time you shower. Nobody in our large party figured out a way to stop it.  There is a pool which gets some nice sun.

When we were there they had a bouncy castle set up in the morning by breakfast for the kids.
