“ starting November 15, Hilton honors is giving you a better upgrade experience. Now you’ll receive early confirmation, three days before your state if a complementary room upgrade has been awarded.
If you’ve been awarded an upgrade, you’ll be able to choose your upgraded room through the Hilton honors app during digital check-in.”
