Proof of UR and that is good enough for me.
When will @Dan have a link?
Seems like it won't be offered online until next month.

One article said 17th for whatever that is worth.

ETA:Update, 12/13/2021
While the card launch was delayed, this new card has just now launched. It is currently only available via Chase Business Bankers. It will be available for the general public beginning this Friday, 12/17.

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Same article that said available 11/30 and mentions nothing about points?

Now TPG put back up the article, it does earn UR but can't transfer out the UR. If that is accurate, then how in the told does it make sense to spend $195 for a card that earns 2%-2.5% cashback, if you can get a free 2% cashback card with no caps?

Ouch :(
Most unfortunate if that's how these UR work. Chase was talking about doing that with Freedom forever. Hope that doesn't change too.

I wish they weren't marketing these as Ultimate Rewards points. Is their intention to confuse people? To change how UR points work? To get people to redeem for items at less than cashback value?

The only perk might be the potential for more credit. That would be my only reason to get this card, and to bridge the gap from IU to this.

If you value CFU spending at 2.25%, you'll need to spend $78,000 annually in $5K+ transactions to come out ahead.

Lol who came up with this card? I thought they were going to come out with a business card mirroring the reserve

FWIW, they list various types of transfers as prohibited activities
How you could be prohibited from earning or using points

We may temporarily prohibit you from earning points or using points you’ve already earned:

i
by moving or transferring points to an ineligible third party or account

if we suspect you’ve misused, in any way:
·
·
a third-party merchant or service provider program with which points may be used under this program
·
·
a frequent travel program to which points may be transferred under this program, if applicable

How you could lose your points

Your points don’t expire as long as your account is open, however, you’ll immediately lose all your points if your account status changes, or your account is closed, for any of the following reasons:

by moving or transferring points to an ineligible third party or account

This isn't taking into account the lost spend due to lack of credit. For me that's the only selling point. I'd use this after I max out my IU, but most of my spend would be done on this card.

Are you assuming this card won't have a credit line?

The impression I got was that it would be more like a charge card, or at least accommodating to people with larger credit needs.
