Has anyone tried orders that are some product, and some GC?

I think this make sense, but check me... order min products ($12.95 by me), add $30 in GC's. Total with fees is about $50. after Chase credit, that is $10 out of pocket per order. For some products that's worth it (I'm seeing Beyond Burgers and Daiya mac & 'cheese' for $14 total, which is about what those two would cost in a grocery store by me without a sale. With this method, they'd be $10 OOP together).

Then next month, you're sitting on GC's, so you order product min, pay with $10 GC to cut the total close to $10, pay with CC and get the $10 credit - this order would be net $0.

Bought a $10 gift card. Coded as GOPUFFGC on chase, no statement credit.

ETA: Regular orders code as GOPUFF and I receive the credit same day the charge clears.

to clarify, usually my orders are in NYC.

For about a month or so, I haven't had gift cards show up so I've only used it for regular orders.

I'm now in SLC and I saw gift cards show up in the app so I ordered one but I didn't get the credit for it. I haven't yet placed a regular order in SLC so I don't know how that codes.

I don't have that card, but I did not get the credit on the Ink business Unlimited. So looks like it doesn't work for all Ink cards.

It never worked for me on the Ink business Unlimited. Maybe because I had it set to a different zip code? I'm not sure. It didn't work for me either on a Marriott Bonvoy Premier Plus Business
