There are several different subscription services aimed at real estate professionals, such as property shark and Retail Lease Trac, among others. Most of these services offer multiple members for the set price. I imagine that there are enough real estate professionals on this site to create interest in these programs (or provide honest reviews which might be just as useful). If anyone has any interested in splitting such programs or reviewing them, let us know.
